Cookie & Storage Policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026
Ghost keeps website tracking deliberately minimal.
At the date of this policy, tapghost.com does not use advertising cookies, behavioural analytics, advertising pixels, session replay or cross-site tracking.
This page explains the limited cookies and browser storage that are currently used.
1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and browser storage allow websites to store or access small amounts of information on your device.
Similar technologies include localStorage and other browser storage mechanisms.

3. Analytics and advertising
Ghost currently uses none of the following on tapghost.com:
- Google Analytics;
- Google Tag Manager;

- Microsoft Clarity;
- Hotjar;
- advertising pixels;
- behavioural analytics;
- session replay;
- A/B testing;
- cross-site advertising tracking.
4. Google Fonts
Ghost's website fonts are self-hosted.
The website does not contact Google Fonts to download Archivo or Manrope when you visit tapghost.com.
5. Do we currently require a cookie-consent banner?
The storage technologies currently used by Ghost are limited to security, hosting and user-requested functional purposes.
We therefore do not currently display a consent banner for analytics or advertising technologies because those technologies are not present.
If we introduce non-essential storage or tracking that requires consent, we will update this policy and provide appropriate controls before activating it where required.
6. Controlling cookies and storage
You can control or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser or device settings.
Disabling necessary technologies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.
7. Changes to this policy
If the technologies used on tapghost.com change, we will update this page.
